How often have you guys heard the term “health is wealth.” Well, the chances are that you must have heard this proverb at least a couple of dozen times in your life. But how accurate do you think this statement is?
Ralph Waldo Emerson, an American essayist and philosopher who lived in the nineteenth century, coined the expression “Health is Wealth.” He used this phrase in regard to the American people and that instead of running after money, they should focus on their health. Well, almost two centuries later, this statement still holds true.
We have become so obsessed with minting money that we have forgotten to take care of our bodies. As a result, the number of the problem, both physical and mental, have grown astronomically. Heart disease and obesity have almost become an epidemic.
Start with these two things, and you will see the difference in a couple of days; you will have more energy, and life will just seem a little better. Let’s see what they are.
